Reverse Osmosis PlantThe REVERSE OSMOSIS SYSTEMS which are also commonly referred to as RO is a type of filtration method used for the removal of molecules and ions from a certain solution. Reverse osmosis involves the application of pressure (usually greater than the osmotic pressure) on one side of the solution where a semi permeable membrane is placed in between the solutions. The system removes sediment and chlorine from water with a prefilter before it forces water through a semi permeable membrane to remove dissolved solids. The REVERSE OSMOSIS SYSTEMS are the backbone of the water treatment industry. They are very efficient.
